From Casa Lumo to Núcleo: A Tasman Journey of Transformation
At Tasman, every space tells a story — and Casa Lumo is one that’s especially close to our hearts. Named after our founders, Luchtan and Morales, Casa Lumo was one of our very first projects. It marked the beginning of our journey: a space full of potential, creativity, and that signature Tasman energy.
As we evolved through different stages of growth, we saw an opportunity to take Casa Lumo into a bold new direction. But true to our values, we weren’t going to just tear it down and start over. We wanted to celebrate it — to honor the past while making room for the future.
Graffiti Before Demolition

Before the demolition, we opened the doors of Casa Lumo one last time — not to developers or contractors, but to artists. We invited creatives from all over Mexico (and even one from England!) to leave their mark on the space. For one full day, the walls of our former offices transformed into a living canvas.
From bold graffiti to abstract murals, the building came alive with color and expression. The Mexico City sun lit up the paint, and laughter echoed through the rooms. What was once an office became a gallery — fleeting, beautiful, and unforgettable.

Paintball, Tasman Style

A week later, just before the official demolition, we hosted one more event that perfectly captured our spirit: a full-blown Tasman paintball party.
We brought together the entire Tasman family — office team, property managers, cleaning staff — everyone. Inside the old residences that once housed our operations, we let loose. Between paint splatters, strategy battles, and plenty of laughter, the event became a celebration of community, fun, and fresh starts.

We didn’t just say goodbye to a building — we celebrated everything it stood for.
What’s Next: Welcome to Núcleo

Now, we’re building something new. Casa Lumo is evolving into Núcleo — a bold, inspired project that embodies the heart of Tasman: creative, intentional, and alive with possibility.
Núcleo will be more than just a space. It’s a vision. A gathering point. A place where design meets experience, and where people connect in meaningful ways.
We invite you to follow the transformation and see how we’re turning the spirit of Casa Lumo into something entirely new. This isn’t just demolition — it’s reinvention.
Stay tuned. Núcleo is coming.
