For stays longer than 30 nights, we may charge a deposit depending on where you’re staying.
If the property is available, you may be able to extend your booking and sometimes with an additional discount! Just request this to your host through email or phone.
It is possible to change or cancel your reservation via the channel where you booked it or by contacting us directly. Be sure to check the cancellation policy of your reservation.
We welcome pets! However, please check the specifications of your reservation, as there are buildings that do not allow the entry of pets. We kindly ask you to take care of our apartments and furniture as if they were your own. This way, you can avoid charges for damages.

We label all our properties, clearly defining which ones offer covered parking and which provide street parking. For stays exceeding one week, we suggest opting for an additional cleaning service. Feel free to make this request directly to your host for an enhanced and refreshed experience.
We refund the full amount if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.
We offer a 50% refund if you cancel within 15 days of check-in.
If your reservation was made through a platform other than betasman.com, please take a moment to review the cancellation policies set by that platform. It’s important to note that cancellation policies may differ across travel booking platforms, as each follows distinct criteria and standards for approving refunds. Please note that your refund may take up to 20 days to process, depending on your banking institution.
Payment processing fees for credit card transactions made through the Tasman website, Booking, VRBO, Expedia, Homeaway, Agoda, Hotels, and other channels will be deducted from all refunds and partial refunds (approximately 3% of the total payment).
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 am. However, as a token of appreciation for booking directly through betasman.com, we are pleased to offer an extended timeframe.
For direct bookings, your check-in time is adjusted to 2:00 pm, and check-out is extended until 11:00 am. So book direct and reap the rewards!
